Turn-around Times
We want our product in your life as soon as possible, so we will endeavor to have your order in your hands within 10 business days from the time you place your order. If you need quicker service, please email us at Bruce@petalportraits.com.
Shipping
Each order is inspected before shipping. We are shipping USPS which provides lower rates and reasonable transit times. Notecards are shipped in a protective carton, and fine art prints and canvas prints are sent in a protective tube. If you need expedited service or prefer a different method of packaging, please send us an email at Bruce@petalportraits.com.
Returns
At Petal Portraits, we take great care in printing and packaging the notecards, fine art prints and canvas prints you buy. Please let us know of any product that arrives damaged. Please include photos of the packaging material showing how it came to you as well as the damaged product. We‘ll also need your order number. We will send you instructions about how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
